Allow oil to heat, then add the garlic and onion and cook for one-two minutes before adding the mushrooms. Stir often, cooking for ten minutes or until the mushrooms are soft. Add the flour and stir to mix evenly. Cook for one minute before adding the stock gradually. Mushroom Soup. Keep stirring until all the liquid has been added. Bring the soup to the boil, then allow to simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the herbs and seasoning a few minutes before taking the soup off the stove. Mushroom Soup. Serve with wholemeal bread rolls.	.
