Easy recipe Duck San Choi Bao - four hundred g fresh duck or chicken breasts, skin removed, finely diced one hundred g Pork Mince one tbsp Oyster Sauce one quarter cup Hoisin Sauce one tbsp Soy Sauce one tsp Sesame Oil one tbsp Sugar one tbsp Peanut Oil two tbsp Garlic, finely diced or crushed two tsp Ginger, finely diced or grated one Dried Chinese Sausage, thinly sliced one/two cup Canned Water Chestnuts, cut into quarters juice of one/two Lime one pkt Baby Cos Lettuce, washed and leaves seperated Coriander Leaves, for garnish one/two cup Spring Onions, thinly sliced for garnish White Sesame Seeds, for garnish (optional)	Combine duck and pork meat in a large mixing bowl, add oyster, hoisin and soy, sauce (Recipes by ingridients <a href="/search/sauce">sauce</a>)  sesame oil and sugar.
